Reports To: Stewarding Supervisor / Kitchen Manager
To maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and the proper upkeep of all kitchen and service equipment, ensuring smooth Back-of-House operations at the Bandra outlet.
Wash, clean, and sanitize all crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, workstations, sinks, and storage areas.
Operate dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure steady availability of clean service equipment during operating hours.
Segregate and dispose of waste as per Impresario’s waste-management and hygiene standards.
Follow all FSSAI and internal safety & hygiene SOPs.
Assist in receiving, organizing, and storing deliveries as needed.
Immediately report any equipment damage or maintenance requirements.
Maintain proper grooming and adhere to company safety guidelines.
Basic education; prior stewarding experience preferred.
Physical stamina for standing long hours and lifting items.
Understanding of kitchen hygiene and sanitation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and festival days.
