Desi Handi is looking for energetic, customer-focused, and well-groomed Service Staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience at our premium dine-in restaurant in Palam, Dwarka, New Delhi.

Job Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and provide menu recommendations.
Serve food and beverages professionally while ensuring excellent table service.
Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup throughout the shift.
Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and courteously.
Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and customer service.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel (freshers with a good attitude may also apply).
Good communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Well-groomed, polite, and professional.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
