• Customer Service: Greeting guests, presenting menus, and answering questions about ingredients or allergens.
• Order Management : Taking accurate food and drink orders and entering them into a Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Service: Delivering food and beverages, refilling drinks, and checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Table Maintenance : Setting up tables with linens/silverware, cleaning, and clearing dirty dishes.
• Sales : Recommending specials, appetizers, and beverages to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Cash Handling : Processing payments, managing cash/card transactions, and handling tips.
• Communication : Relaying orders clearly to kitchen and bar staff.
