
Job Summary:
We are seeking a well-groomed, professional, and service-oriented VIP Steward to manage and execute high-standard food and beverage service for the Chancellor, Vice-Chancellor, and other distinguished guests of the institution. The role demands exceptional hospitality etiquette, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver seamless and personalized service in a formal dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide courteous, efficient, and discreet service to VIPs during meetings, luncheons, and official events.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and table setup in the dining area.
Anticipate guest preferences and ensure all requirements are met professionally.
Uphold confidentiality and decorum at all times during VIP interactions.
Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, and service equipment.
Assist in planning and executing special functions or high-level events as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or certification in Hotel Management or equivalent.
2–5 years of experience in fine dining or VIP service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Impeccable grooming, etiquette, and professionalism.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and composure.
