Set up banquet halls as per event order (tables, chairs, linen, cutlery, crockery).
Assist in buffet setup and live counters.
Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously.
Follow service sequence and event timelines.
Coordinate with kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
Maintain cleanliness of banquet area before, during, and after events.
Handle guest requests politely and escalate issues to supervisor.
Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
Support breakdown and storage after events.
