Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests courteously and assist them with seating and service requests.

• Take guest orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the dining area, service stations, and tables.

• Refill water, clear plates, and reset tables efficiently between services.

• Support service staff and captains during busy hours and special operations.

• Ensure all cutlery, crockery, and glassware are properly cleaned and arranged.

• Coordinate with the kitchen team for order follow-up and service flow.

• Follow all restaurant SOPs, safety, and hygiene guidelines consistently.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience as a Steward/Service Associate in a restaurant or hotel.

• Strong communication skills and a positive customer-centric attitude.

• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service.

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Clean and professional grooming standards.
