We are looking for a polite, well-groomed, and customer-focused Female Steward to join our hospitality team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests while maintaining high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner

• Take food and beverage orders accurately

• Serve food and drinks as per hotel standards

• Ensure table setup, cleanliness, and presentation

• Assist guests with menu recommendations

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff

• Handle guest queries and complaints politely

• Maintain hygiene and safety standards

• Support banquet and event services when required

• Ensure timely service during peak hours

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

• Pleasant personality and positive attitude

• Customer-friendly behavior

• Ability to work in shifts

• Team player

• Basic knowledge of restaurant service preferred
