The Server is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by creating a welcoming dining experience, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Servers embody Olive Garden's commitment to hospitality and family-style dining.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and create a friendly dining atmosphere.
Present menus and provide recommendations on food and beverage selections.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring order accuracy.
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond quickly to requests or concerns.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.
Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
Assist with table setup, cleaning, and maintaining a neat dining area.
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
