Key Responsibilities:
Receive food from the central kitchen and verify quantity and quality
Transport food safely to the client site (if applicable)
Set up buffet counters / service area at the office location
Serve food to employees in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain proper food temperature and presentation during service
Ensure timely refilling of food items and follow portion control
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas
Handle service equipment such as cutlery, trays, and disposables properly
Assist in clearing tables and cleaning after service
Pack leftover items and return materials to the kitchen/store
Coordinate with the kitchen and supervisor for smooth operations
Report any shortages, damages, or client feedback to the supervisor
