Job Summary

The Steward is responsible for providing courteous, prompt, and efficient service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience while maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a polite and friendly manner

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar

• Serve food and beverages as per service standards

• Ensure proper table setup and clearing before and after service

• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, service stations, cutlery, and crockery

• Handle guest queries and basic complaints professionally

• Assist in billing and payment collection when required

• Follow hygiene, safety, and company SOPs at all times

• Support team members during peak hours

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass

• Experience: 0–2 years in F&B service (Freshers can apply)

• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Work Conditions

• Shift-based working

• Standing for long hours

• It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
