Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and customer-focused Restaurant Steward to join our team. The Steward will be responsible for serving guests, maintaining cleanliness, assisting the service team, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests in a polite and professional manner.
Serve food and beverages to customers as per restaurant standards.
Set up tables with cutlery, glasses, and napkins.
Take customer orders and communicate with kitchen staff.
Ensure cleanliness of dining area, tables, and service stations.
Clear used plates and maintain hygiene standards.
Assist senior captains and restaurant supervisors during service.
Handle guest requests and complaints politely.
Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
