Job Title: 4 Steward (Restaurant)

Reports To: Restaurant Manager / Captain
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Steward to join our restaurant team. The Steward will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting service staff, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, tables, chairs, and service stations
Assist waiters/captains in serving food and beverages to guests
Clear used dishes, glasses, and cutlery from tables promptly
Set up tables with proper cutlery, crockery, and glassware before service
Refill water, bread, and other complimentary items as required
Support kitchen and service team during busy hours
Maintain cleanliness of pantry, service areas, and equipment
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
Handle guest requests politely and efficiently
Requirements & Skills:
Prior experience in a restaurant/hotel is preferred
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
