Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen, including floors, walls, workstations, and equipment.
Operate pot-washing machinery and clean/sanitize dishes, utensils, and minor equipment according to hygiene standards.
Assist kitchen and service staff as needed, supporting smooth operations.
Manage waste disposal and recycling, keeping trash areas clean and following organizational and regulatory guidelines.
Adhere to sanitation, chemical safety, and equipment operation procedures at all times.
Report maintenance issues or hazards promptly to management.
