Position: Hotel Waiter & Steward
Total Openings: 05
Location: Saket Nagar, Kanpur
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Working Hours: 12-hour shift
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

Job Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers politely and professionally.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining service standards.
Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well-organized.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely order delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per hotel standards.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant/dining area.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of food service is preferred.
