Service Standards & Quality
Follow Espire Hospitality SOPs, grooming, and hygiene standards.
Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
Ensure correct billing, KOT/BOT handling, and payment procedures.
Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience and revenue.
Coordination & Teamwork
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
Communicate guest feedback and operational issues to supervisors.
Support colleagues during peak hours and assist in outlet operations.
Hygiene, Safety & Compliance
Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP/FSSAI where applicable).
Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Ensure proper handling and storage of food and beverages.
Education: Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant qualification preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage service.
Industry: Hospitality background mandatory (Hotel / Resort / Restaurant).
Strong guest service orientation with excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of food & beverage service styles and basics of menu engineering.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic understanding of POS systems and billing procedures.
