Job Description

Take orders and serve food and drinks.
Show the menu and help customers with their queries.
Handle bills and ensure customers are happy.
Set up and clear tables.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the safety and comfort of all guests and crew.
• Operate or assist in the operation and navigation of the vessel/aircraft (Captain).
• Provide outstanding food, beverage, and guest service (Steward/Hostess).
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of interior and exterior areas.
• Greet and welcome guests, offering a warm and professional first impression.
• Coordinate itineraries, schedules, and onboard experiences.
• Monitor supplies and assist with inventory management and provisioning.
• Handle guest requests promptly, discreetly, and professionally.
• Collaborate closely with all team members to ensure seamless operations.

• Background in hospitality, customer service, or maritime/aviation operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle guest needs with discretion.

• Relevant licenses and certifications (Captain’s license, STCW, food hygiene, etc.).
• Multilingual abilities and cultural sensitivity are a plus.
