Job Description

  • Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.

  • Set up tables with cutlery, crockery, glassware, napkins, and other service items.

  • Serve food and beverages as instructed by the Captain or Supervisor.

  • Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave.

  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and restaurant premises.

  • Ensure proper handling and cleanliness of crockery, cutlery, and glassware.

  • Support the service team during busy hours and special events.

  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards.

  • Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth order delivery.

  • Attend to guest requests and report complaints to the Captain or Supervisor.

  • Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant.

  • Maintain proper grooming, personal hygiene, and professional behaviour.

  • Follow all company rules, policies, and safety procedures.
