DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø     Greeting & Welcoming Guests.

Ø     Assisting Guests with Table Reservation.

Ø     Speak with Guests and staff using clear and professional language.

Ø     Answering Phone Calls using appropriate etiquettes.

Ø     Serve food and beverages to Guests.

Ø     Issuance of materials to concerned departments as per material note received.

Ø     Maintain minimum stock level

Ø  Provide exceptional support to the food & Beverage.

Ø   Must be aware about the safety protocols
