Steward

Cannella by Two Cloves is a rooftop restaurant in Ahmedabad known for great food, warm hospitality, and memorable celebrations, from family dinners to birthday parties, kitty parties, engagements, and corporate events. We're looking for friendly, well-groomed stewards to join our service team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly, and present menus

• Explain dishes, recommend items, and take accurate orders

• Serve food and beverages promptly following service standards

• Set up, clear, and reset tables between guests

• Assist with banquet setups and service for parties and events

• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely, correct delivery of orders

• Handle guest requests and complaints politely, escalating to the captain or manager when needed

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, cutlery, and service stations

• Support billing and ensure guests leave happy

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in restaurant, hotel, or banquet service (freshers with a good attitude are welcome)

• Basic communication in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English is a plus

• Neat appearance and pleasant, guest-friendly behaviour

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• Ability to stay on your feet and work well during busy rush hours

• Hotel management diploma or F&B certificate is an advantage, not mandatory
