Responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food items, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately

• Handle cash, digital payments, and billing

• Resolve basic customer complaints politely

Food Preparation

• Prepare menu items as per standard recipes and guidelines

• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards

• Assist in kitchen operations when required

Operations Support

• Maintain cleanliness of dining, kitchen, and service areas

• Restock supplies and ingredients

• Follow opening and closing procedures

Teamwork

• Work closely with other team members and supervisors

• Follow instructions from shift leaders or managers

• Support team during peak hours

Skills & Requirements

• Basic communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Customer-focused attitude

• Basic math skills (for billing and cash handling)

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications
