Role: Assist in daily outlet operations, provide excellent customer service, and maintain Theobroma’s quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers politely.

Handle billing & cash/card transactions accurately.

Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and product display.

Support stock management and outlet operations.

Resolve customer queries or escalate when needed.

Requirements:

12th pass/Graduate, fresher or experienced.
