Job Summary
We are looking for a courteous, energetic, and customer-focused Steward to provide exceptional dining service and ensure a pleasant guest experience. The ideal candidate should be well-groomed, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and seat guests in a warm and professional manner.
Present menus and explain food and beverage offerings.
Take guest orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages according to company service standards.
Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and resolving concerns.
Clear and reset tables efficiently after guests leave.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service stations, and equipment.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.
Recommend menu items, daily specials, and beverages to increase sales.
Process guest bills and handle payments accurately using the POS system.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Assist in restaurant opening and closing duties.
Attend daily briefings and follow all company SOPs.

Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary).
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
1–3 years of experience as a Steward, Waiter, or Food & Beverage Service Associate in a restaurant, hotel, café, or fine-dining establishment.
Freshers with hospitality training may also apply.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
