Greet and welcome guests in a polite and professional manner
Escort guests to their tables and present menus
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve food and drinks promptly as per service standards
Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of tables before and after service
Maintain hygiene and sanitation as per restaurant guidelines
Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations
Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order preparation
Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints courteously
Refill water, beverages, and attend to guest needs during service
Clear used dishes and reset tables efficiently
Ensure proper handling of cutlery, crockery, and glassware
Follow safety and hygiene regulations at all times
Support team members during busy hours
Maintain a positive attitude and deliver excellent customer service
