Key Responsibilities:
Pantry & Kitchen Maintenance:
Keeping the pantry, kitchen, and storage areas clean, organized, and hygienic.
Washing utensils, cleaning equipment, and managing waste.
Food & Beverage Service:
Preparing and serving tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments to staff and visitors.
Plating and garnishing food items for presentability.
Inventory & Supplies:
Monitoring and restocking pantry supplies, stationery, and beverages.
Reporting shortages to management.
Office Support:
Setting up and clearing meeting rooms for conferences.
Assisting administrative staff with basic tasks (filing, photocopying).
Handling minor errands like document delivery.
General Duties:
Greeting visitors and ensuring their comfort.
Performing other assigned tasks to support office operations.
