Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Floor Operations
Manage open/close procedures: Execute strict checklists for opening and closing the restaurant safely.
Enforce SOPs: Maintain high standards for product preparation speed, portion control, and visual presentation.
Maintain logbooks: Document equipment malfunctions, maintenance issues, and shift highlights for oncoming managers.
