Service Staff

Job Summary

We are looking for a well-groomed, polite, and responsible Service Staff member to join our café team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet customers warmly.

Present menus and explain food and beverage items to customers.

Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the system.

Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.

Ensure tables are clean, properly arranged, and ready for customers.

Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counters, and service stations.

Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints politely.

Check on customers to ensure satisfaction with food and service.

Maintain proper hygiene, grooming, and personal cleanliness.

Follow café service standards, operational procedures, and management instructions.

Requirements

Previous experience in a café, restaurant preferred.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.

Familiarity with the billing systems.

Friendly attitude, positive behaviour, and a customer-first approach.

Punctual, disciplined, and responsible.

Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Punctuality, discipline, and responsibility are mandatory.
