Key Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests.
Sell tickets, handle customer queries, and operate the ticketing system.
Prepare and serve food & beverages while maintaining hygiene standards.
Assist guests with seating and ensure smooth auditorium operations.
Handle cash transactions accurately and follow company procedures.
Maintain cleanliness of the lobby, auditoriums, concession area, and restrooms.
Follow all safety, security, and emergency protocols.
Support daily cinema operations, promotions, and team activities.

Qualifications:

12th pass or equivalent.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic cash handling knowledge.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
