Senior Associate Food & Beverage

Job Summary:

The Senior Associate – F&B is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by ensuring smooth operations of the restaurant or dining area. This role supports the F&B team in maintaining service quality, training junior staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests courteously and ensure a pleasant dining experience.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery.

• Supervise and guide junior associates and trainees during service.

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and setup standards are maintained at all times.

• Handle guest complaints or requests professionally and promptly escalate when necessary.

• Monitor table turnover and assist in seating arrangements during peak hours.

• Maintain inventory of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and linen in assigned areas.

• Support in buffet setup, banquets, and special events as required.

• Adhere to hotel policies, grooming standards, and safety procedures.

• Assist in training new staff members on service standards and protocols.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.

• 2–4 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in a hotel or fine dining setup.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus and service styles.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude, well-groomed, and guest-oriented.

• It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
