Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic, well-groomed, and customer-focused Female Waiters to join our hospitality team in Prayagraj. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.

Candidates should possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort guests to their tables in a courteous manner.

• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.

• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen staff.

• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.

• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing requests and concerns efficiently.

• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of tables, dining areas, and service stations.

• Assist in table setup and clearing activities.

• Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate concerns when required.

• Follow all restaurant hygiene, safety, and service standards.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of restaurant service etiquette.

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum High School (12th Pass or Graduation)

• Hospitality training or certification will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or bars preferred.

• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.

• Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month (Depending on experience)
