Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and seat guests in a friendly manner.
Present menus and explain menu items, specials, and promotions.
Take accurate food and beverage orders.
Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction.
Handle customer requests and resolve complaints politely.
Clear and reset tables after guests leave.
Process bills and collect payments.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area.
Follow restaurant policies, food safety, and sanitation standards.
Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
