Job Overview

We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented Team Members to join India’s No. 1 Waffle Chain in Bhopal. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing high-quality waffles, and maintaining the overall efficiency and cleanliness of the store.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Take orders and guide customers through the menu.
Food Preparation: Prepare waffles and other menu items according to brand standards.
Operations: Assist with daily store opening and closing procedures.
Hygiene & Maintenance: Ensure the kitchen and store areas are kept clean and sanitized.
Delivery Handling: Efficiently pack online orders for delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Minimum 10th Pass (Open to 12th and Graduates).
Experience: 0–6 months (Freshers are welcome to apply).
Skills: Basic computer knowledge and good communication skills.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹13,000 CTC (₹11,100 In-hand) + Incentives.
Training: Professional training provided via the "Waffle Academy".

Shift Timings (Rotational)

Morning Shift (M/F): 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
Afternoon Shift (M): 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
Night Shift (M): 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM.
