मेन्यू समझाना और ऑर्डर सही तरीके से लेना
खाने-पीने की चीज़ों को समय पर और सही तरीके से सर्व करना
टेबल सेटअप और सफाई का ध्यान रखना
किचन टीम के साथ समन्वय बनाकर स्मूथ सर्विस सुनिश्चित करना
ग्राहकों की जरूरतों को समझकर बेहतर अनुभव देना
स्वच्छता और हाइजीन के सभी नियमों का पालन करना

जरूरी स्किल्स:

अच्छा कम्युनिकेशन और व्यवहार
फूड सर्विसिंग और ऑर्डर मैनेजमेंट की बेसिक समझ

We are looking for a passionate and well-presented Waiter/Steward to join our team at The Baking Couple. The ideal candidate should provide excellent customer service, ensure a warm and welcoming dining experience, and maintain high standards of hygiene and service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them efficiently
Have good knowledge of the menu and assist customers with recommendations
Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-maintained at all times
Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns politely
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Maintain cleanliness of dining area and follow hygiene standards

Requirements:

0–6 months experience in restaurant service (freshers can apply)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of food service and hospitality
