Greet and seat guests promptly with a courteous and welcoming attitude.
Ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction throughout the guest journey.
Supervise lounge operations, including food & beverage service as per lounge SOPs.
Monitor and manage inventory for F&B, packaging, crockery, cutlery, and housekeeping materials.
Coordinate and place orders through PAD system as per consumption trends.
Perform basic cashiering duties including bill settlements, batch closures, and report generation.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness across lounge areas, including washrooms.
Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure standards are consistently met.
Liaise with housekeeping vendors for smooth day-to-day operations.
Conduct weekly review meetings with housekeeping and lounge supervisors.
Maintain logs, records, and reports related to service quality, cleanliness, and inventory.
Uphold lounge ambiance and readiness at all times.
