Food & Beverage Assistant/ Guest Relations Executive

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a courteous and welcoming attitude.

• Ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction throughout the guest journey.

• Supervise lounge operations, including food & beverage service as per lounge SOPs.

• Monitor and manage inventory for F&B, packaging, crockery, cutlery, and housekeeping materials.

• Coordinate and place orders through PAD system as per consumption trends.

• Perform basic cashiering duties including bill settlements, batch closures, and report generation.

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness across lounge areas, including washrooms.

• Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure standards are consistently met.

• Liaise with housekeeping vendors for smooth day-to-day operations.

• Conduct weekly review meetings with housekeeping and lounge supervisors.

• Maintain logs, records, and reports related to service quality, cleanliness, and inventory.

Uphold lounge ambiance and readiness at all times.
