Role Overview:

Ten 11 Hospitality is looking for a dynamic and guest-focused Restaurent Waiter to join our Inej Executive Lounge, Chennai.
The ideal candidate will oversee daily lounge operations, ensure superior guest experience, maintain service standards, and coordinate with kitchen and service teams for seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day food and beverage service operations in the lounge.

• Ensure all guests receive personalized and high-quality service.

• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.

• Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and service teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain stock, requisitions, and inventory control for F&B items.

• Ensure adherence to hygiene, grooming, and brand SOP standards.

• Assist in training and guiding junior staff to uphold service excellence.

• Support the Lounge Manager in achieving guest satisfaction and operational goals.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in lounges, hotels, or airport setups.

• Strong communication and guest-handling skills.

• Excellent product knowledge of beverages and menu items.

• Leadership qualities with a proactive and positive attitude.

• Able to work flexible shifts and handle high guest volumes.

Location: Inej Executive Lounge – Chennai

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Salary: Best in Industry + Incentive + Meals

• It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 6 months - 6 years of experience.
