Job Title: Waiter / Waitress

Job Summary:

We are looking for a courteous and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join our service team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent guest service, ensure a pleasant dining experience, and uphold the restaurant’s standards of hospitality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.

• Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations when requested.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar.

• Serve food and drinks to guests efficiently and courteously.

• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

• Clear tables, reset for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.

• Handle billing, process payments, and ensure accuracy in transactions.

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth order flow.

• Follow all restaurant policies regarding hygiene, grooming, and safety.

• Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and ongoing promotions.

• Uphold Garci’s service standards to provide a memorable dining experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in customer service (hospitality experience preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Basic knowledge of food and beverages.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass; Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
