Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and ensure a pleasant dining experience from start to finish
Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations as needed
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen
Serve food and drinks efficiently and in a timely manner
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, including resetting tables
Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service
Follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards
