About Us:

Uncle Peter’s Pancakes is a premium dessert cafe in Rajkot known for serving high-quality

pancakes, waffles, and beverages. We are a small, passionate team dedicated to serving

happiness on a plate. We are currently looking for a versatile and energetic individual to join our Team

Role Overview: We are looking for an "All-Rounder" — someone who takes ownership of the cafe's daily

operations. You will be the face of our cafe, handling everything from customer service and

billing to food preparation and hygiene. We don't require previous experience; we are looking for

the right attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

● Cafe Preparation: Assist in the preparation of pancakes, waffles, and beverages as per

our standard recipes.

● Customer Service & Billing: Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system, generate bills,

handle cash/online payments, and ensure a smooth checkout experience for customers.

● Inventory Management: Monitor daily stock levels, track ingredients, and report

low-stock items to management.

● Hygiene & Maintenance: Ensure the dining area, counter, and kitchen stations remain

clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.

● Administrative Tasks: Handle basic computer functions, check and reply to emails, and

manage digital orders (Zomato/Swiggy).

Requirements:

● Education: Minimum 10th/12th Pass (Basic computer literacy is mandatory).

● Language: Fluency in Hindi or Gujarati. Basic understanding of English is required.

● Experience: Freshers are welcome! No prior experience is needed.

● Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word and Email.

● Attitude: Must be punctual, honest, and eager to learn new skills.
