We are looking for energetic and hard-working Interns to join the team at our newly opened restaurant in Agonda, Goa. We already operate a successful restaurant and are expanding with this new venture. The role includes table cleaning, serving food and drinks, and taking guest orders. Since the restaurant has both garden and rooftop seating, the job involves climbing stairs regularly.
Clean and prepare tables before and after guests.
Serve food and drinks politely and on time.
Take guest orders correctly and communicate with kitchen/bar.
Carry plates, trays, and beverages safely (including up and down stairs).
Keep dining areas neat and clean.
Learn customer service skills and menu knowledge.
Perform all service-related duties as part of the team.
Minimum 9-month full-time work is mandatory during the main season.
Property operates 12 months; option to continue year-round if desired.
12-hour shift, 7 days a week, continuous duty (short break only if guest flow allows).
Food and stay provided.
Fast-paced environment with focus on discipline, teamwork, and learning.
Must speak and understand English (foreign guests are regular).
Must also understand Hindi for team communication.
Fit and willing to climb stairs regularly.
Polite, hardworking, and eager to learn.
No prior experience needed – full training will be provided.
Hands-on training in table service and order taking.
Exposure to international guest interaction and hospitality standards.
Opportunity to grow into a professional waiter/server role after training.
