Role Overview

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and responsible Waiters/Service Staff who can deliver a great customer experience with a smile. You will be the face of the café—serving customers, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables.

Present menus, take orders accurately, and communicate with kitchen staff.

Serve food and beverages with proper etiquette and efficiency.

Maintain table cleanliness and ensure quick table turnaround.

Handle customer queries and provide helpful recommendations.

Assist in billing and cash/card handling (if required).

Ensure the café area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Follow hygiene and food safety standards.

Support café staff during rush hours.

Skills & Qualities Needed

Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude.

Basic communication skills (Hindi preferred; English is a bonus).

Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy hours.
