Job Summary

Masala Restaurant is looking for friendly, hardworking, and customer-focused Waiters to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide excellent service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and seat customers in a polite and friendly manner.

- Provide menus and explain food and beverage options to customers.

- Take accurate food and drink orders.

- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.

- Check on customers during their meal and attend to their requests.

- Clear and clean tables and maintain a neat dining area.

- Coordinate with the kitchen and other restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.

- Handle customer questions and complaints politely and promptly.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.

- Follow restaurant procedures and safety guidelines.

- Assist with opening and closing duties when required.

Requirements

- Previous restaurant/hotel experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.

- Good communication and customer-service skills.

- Friendly, polite, and well-groomed personality.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

- Team player with a responsible attitude.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: 12,000-15,000 per month
