We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Café Staff / Waiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a polite and friendly manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages to customers.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and dining area.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order service.
Handle customer requests and queries professionally.
Clear and arrange tables before and after customer use.
Assist with basic billing and payment collection when required.
Follow café food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
Support other café operations as needed.
Requirements:
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Polite, energetic, and presentable personality.
Ability to work in a team.
Previous café/restaurant experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
