• Handle equipment: Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including dishwashers and sanitizing machines.

• Ensure safety: Follow all sanitation and safety procedures to maintain a clean and healthy environment for both staff and guests.

• Manage supplies: Unload and organize deliveries, and help manage inventory of cleaning supplies and kitchen essentials.

• General duties: Sweep, mop, and take out trash, ensuring all areas are clean and tidy.
