Job Description:

• Customer Service: Greet guests warmly and present menus. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and pricing.

• Order Management: Take meal and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff. Make recommendations and inform patrons of daily specials.

• Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally. Ensure that all orders are delivered correctly and in a timely manner.

• Customer Satisfaction: Regularly check on dining customers to ensure their satisfaction and attend to any needs. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate them to management if necessary.

• Payment Processing: Prepare bills for tables when requested, process payment transactions, and provide correct change.

• Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure tables are cleaned and set for new customers. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the restaurant’s menu and any daily specials
