  • Greet guests and escort them to tables.

  • Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes, including ingredients and daily specials.

  • Take food and beverage orders accurately.

  • Offer menu recommendations and upsell additional products when appropriate.

  • Answer questions and handle complaints or issues with a positive attitude. 

Food and beverage service

  • Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly and correctly.

  • Ensure food orders are accurate and presented well.

  • Check in with customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction.
