The Steward is responsible for ensuring excellent guest service by maintaining cleanliness, assisting in food and beverage service, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all customers.
Greet guests courteously and assist them with seating arrangements.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Ensure tables are set up before service and cleared after use.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas, service counters, and pantry.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for order delivery and ensure timely service.
Handle guest requests and complaints politely and efficiently.
Assist in mise-en-place and replenishing cutlery, crockery, and glassware.
Follow outlet SOPs for service, grooming, and hygiene.
Maintain inventory of service items and report shortages to supervisors.
Support the team during busy hours and ensure smooth operations.
Education: 10th/12th Pass or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
Experience: 0–2 years in a similar role (Freshers with good communication skills may apply).
