Restaurant Waiter

Job Summary:

We are hiring Servers / Waiters & Housekeeping Staff to assist in daily restaurant or hospitality operations. The ideal candidate should be responsible, hygienic, and comfortable with duties such as serving food, cleaning areas, and washing utensils as required.

Key Responsibilities:

For Servers / Waiters:

1. Wait on customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages.

2. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area before, during, and after service.

3. Assist in setting up tables, arranging crockery and cutlery.

4. Refill water, clear dishes, and ensure guest satisfaction.

5. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and team members.

For Housekeeping / Utility Staff:

1. Wash utensils and kitchen equipment thoroughly and hygienically.

2. Clean the dining/service areas including floors, tables, and walls.

3. Dispose of waste properly and follow hygiene protocols.

4. Support basic housekeeping tasks such as mopping, dusting, and sanitizing.

5. Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages.

Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to stand/work long hours.

• Willing to perform both serving and cleaning tasks.

• Basic hygiene knowledge and cleanliness habits.

• Team player with polite and respectful behavior.

• Prior experience in hotels or restaurants is a plus but not mandatory.

• It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
