• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Prepare and serve food and beverages as per company standards.

• Handle customer queries and ensure a positive dining experience.

• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, counters, kitchen, and workstations.

• Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.

• Support inventory management and stock replenishment when required.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

• Assist in achieving customer satisfaction and store performance goals.
