• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations.

• Handle billing and payment transactions accurately.

• Follow all restaurant hygiene, safety, and service standards.

• Assist in setting up tables, arranging utensils, and preparing the dining area before and after service.

• Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Restaurant Captain or Manager.
