About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters/Stewards to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., portions, ingredients, special dishes)
Take accurate food and beverage orders
Serve food and beverages promptly
Ensure tables are clean and properly set
Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
Coordinate with kitchen and billing staff for smooth service
Maintain hygiene and safety standards

Eligibility Criteria

Fresher to 5 years of experience in restaurants, cafes, lounges, or hotels
Basic communication skills (English preferred)
Presentable and well-groomed personality
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Team player with a positive attitude
