Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and present menus
Take accurate food and beverage orders
Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction
Handle special requests or dietary needs
Process bills and handle payments (cash/card)
Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff
Follow hygiene and safety standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math skills for handling payments
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and customer service mindset
Physical stamina (standing/walking for long periods)
Prior experience is a plus but not always required
Working Conditions
Flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends, holidays)
Fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
Standing and moving for extended periods
